Graduated with distinction in Business and Economics from the Faculty of Economics in Florence and also obtained a university diploma in France (IUT 2 Grenoble – G.E.A.).

Professional associations
Registered as a qualified Accountant in Florence since 2003. Registered as a Statutory Auditor. Registered as a Technical Consultant to the Court of Florence in the section: Business and Accountancy experts.

Expertise and professional experience
Mr Vignoli has worked in professional firms abroad, acquiring considerable international experience. He deals with the main areas relevant to the internationalisation process of businesses, both in terms of the establishment of and in the growth of Italian companies in foreign markets, and the placing of foreign companies in the national market. His areas of expertise are international tax systems, tax consultancy for companies and company groups, company law, extraordinary corporate transactions and statutory audits. He has been and is a Statutory Auditor for premier national and international companies and also collaborates with foreign auditing firms.
