A researcher in the Economics Faculty with a fixed-term contract from 2009 to 2011. Obtained a PhD in Managerial Accounting from the Faculty of Economics in Florence in 2007. Graduated with distinction in Business and Economics from the Univerisity of Florence in 2004.

Professional associations
Since 2011 a registered qualified Accountant in the city of Florence. Registered as a Statutory Auditor. A member of the Technical Consultants to the Court of Florence for the section: Business and Accountancy Experts.

Expertise and professional experience
Mr Fondatori’s main areas of expertise are; performance auditing, company and intangible goods evaluation, PMI and innovative start-up assistance, capital budgeting and tax consultancy for companies. Teaching and research at the University of Florence and other Universities in the following subjects; General and Applied Accountancy, International Accountancy, Company Evaluation, Performance Auditing and Revenue Management. A selection of his studies have been published and subjects of conventions.
